Office Administrator I

The Administrator 1 has an opportunity to manage various system projects to support our audit and tax departments. The selected candidate will manage the XCM & Practice Management systems by setting up new clients, entering data as needed, and organizing according to business needs. The Administrator 1 will be assigned several tasks and duties including:

• Pro System Administration
• Client Portal System Support and fulfilling data requests
• Process Client Exits
• E-File Processing
• Engagement Binder Updates
• Processing of Tax Returns
• Binding of Audit and Financial Statements
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years' experience in managing processes and complex computer software
• Great organization skills and time management
• Experience with a CPA firm
