30hop Group is seeking a full-time Brand Content Producer to join our team! We’re looking for a creative storyteller who's great behind the camera and knows how to capture authentic moments through photo and video.

You'll create original content across 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club, capturing the food, people, and experiences that make each brand unique. From restaurant openings and everyday moments to long-form video and YouTube stories, you'll help bring our brands to life.

30hop Group is a growing Midwest restaurant group with locations across Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri, with more growth ahead. If you're a hands-on creator who loves hospitality and wants to make distinctive work, we'd love to see what you can do.

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000/year based on experience

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photo and video for 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club. Food, people, the space, the moments. Production days are yours to plan and run.
• Find the stories. The people and the rituals behind each brand, told as a series instead of one-off posts.
• Keep the library full. A current collection of photo and video for every brand, store, and campaign that our Marketing Manager posts from, with everything shot and edited a month before each campaign runs.
• Cover the openings. Two new 30hop locations open in 2027, in Fishers, Indiana and Waukee, Iowa. You're there before the doors open and through the opening, and you keep a regular route through our existing stores.
• Make YouTube real. One well-made long piece becomes weeks of short-form.
• Shoot the training. The photo and video that go with our staff training guides, made in the restaurants with real staff, redone when something changes.
• Find the faces. Spot the people on staff who belong on camera and help them get comfortable there.
• Other duties as assigned.

The standard. Nothing goes out because it was easy, because it was trending, or because it worked for someone else. Planned shoots get the full treatment: light, sound, edit. Caught moments get held to the same bar.

Skills & Qualifications

• You're a hospitality person who's good with a camera, not a content person who puts up with restaurants
• You've been shooting and editing for two or more years, and your portfolio shows people and stories, not just plates
• You know your way around photo & cinema cameras, lighting, and editing software, and you're at home in YouTube Studio
• You're easy to have around on a floor full of people who didn't plan on being filmed
• You can run your own day and you're fine with the drive
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a huge plus
• Preferably based in Iowa, with flexibility for candidates located in other states where 30hop Group operates.
• Ability to travel five to seven days per month across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Indiana, with additional travel surrounding new restaurant openings.

How we'll know it's working: a full library for every store, finished pieces every month that look like us, and everything delivered when it's due.
