1. Operational Management

• Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, and banquet functions.
• Ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise F&B employees.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.

3. Financial Management

• Control operating costs and expenses.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.

4. Customer Service

• Handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with guests and promote repeat business.

5. Compliance & Hygiene

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets and kitchen areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and workplace safety.

6. Inventory & Purchasing

• Oversee stock management and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.
• Ensure adequate stock levels while controlling costs.

7. Event & Promotion Management

• Coordinate special events, promotions, and festive activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue.
• Develop strategies to increase food and beverage sales.
