  • Maintain an accurate, Directorate-validated count of current personnel and a rolling two-year forecast of new employees, vacancies, contractors, and other personnel requiring workspace. Translate validated workforce information into seating, shared space, support-space, and move requirements.
  • Work with each Directorate to gather, document, reconcile, and validate functional, technical, operational, adjacency, furniture, equipment, accessibility, information technology, telecommunications, and security-related design requirements. Coordinate reviews, document decisions and changes, and identify conflicts between requirements and available space, schedule, infrastructure, or resources.
  • Using Government-approved capacity and mission assumptions, assess the difference between validated SCIF demand and available capacity; support development of Directorate allocation and occupancy options; and document operational, schedule, infrastructure, and workforce impacts. Support authorized Government officials in identifying and evaluating potential satellite SCIF alternatives; developing requirements and comparative analyses; coordinating site assessments and design inputs; and maintaining integrated implementation, readiness, contingency, and move plans.
  • Gather and document secure and nonsecure network, telecommunications, printer, audiovisual, cabling, pathway, power, cooling, testing, and service-date requirements. Coordinate these requirements with floor plans, furniture, construction, equipment, moves, security readiness, and occupancy; identify long-lead activities and dependencies; maintain deployment schedules; and coordinate authorized installation, cutover, testing, rollback, contingency, and post-move issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, architecture, construction management, information technology, telecommunications, project management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
