Chef Grade II

TTM Healthcare Solutions are hiring Chef Grade II staff to join the catering team within a HSE Care Centre in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. This agency role offers day shifts on an adhoc basis, providing flexibility while supporting the delivery of nutritious and high-quality meals to residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Professional Cookery qualification (or equivalent)
• HACCP and Food Safety certification
• Previous experience as a Chef in a healthcare or care centre setting
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Adhere to food safety and infection control guidelines
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and stock management
• Work as part of a collaborative catering team to ensure excellent service delivery
