Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) supports corporate and institutional clients with financing, advisory and transaction banking solutions. Within CIB, Global Transaction Banking (GTB) provides integrated Trade Finance, Cash Management, payments, collections, liquidity and working capital solutions, enabling clients to manage their day-to-day financial activities and international commercial flows efficiently.

About the job:

• Transaction Management: Support and coordinate the execution of a broad range of Trade Finance and Cash Management solutions, including Import and Export Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance. Monitor transactions throughout their operational lifecycle, from implementation following deal closing through to maturity or termination, including amendments and issue resolution.
• Client Service & Operational Relationship Management: Act as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring high-quality service, smooth transaction processing and timely resolution of operational and documentary matters, in close coordination with Transaction Bankers.
• Operational Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, offshore operations teams (HUB) and external counterparties to coordinate the booking, execution and monitoring of transactions, including complex cross-border operations and inter-branch transactions.
• Documentation, Compliance & Internal Approvals: Review transactional documentation, support KYC requirements, coordinate necessary internal approvals with relevant departments (Risk, Compliance, Legal and others), and ensure proper documentation management and archiving in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Management Operations: Support the operational delivery of Cash Management services, including payments, collections, account-related activities and the monitoring and resolution of operational issues.
• Working Capital & Supply Chain Finance: Support the operational implementation and ongoing management of Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance solutions, including supplier onboarding, transaction monitoring and coordination with relevant operational teams.
• Reporting & Transaction Monitoring: Contribute to operational reporting, transaction and portfolio monitoring, including the tracking of maturities, outstanding items, overdue transactions and operational performance indicators, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Educational Background in Economics, Business Administration or similar will be valued.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Trade Finance products.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish.
• Soft skills: team spirit, autonomy, adaptability.
