Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : 

Une offre de stage intitulée « Gestion des compétences techniques (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Saint Martin-du-Touch. Vous rejoindrez le département « Flight & Integration Tests Centre » en charge de Skill Management 

Votre stage consistera à: Créer un parcours formant adaptée à chaque équipe. 

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier - Février 2027. (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
 

Vos principales missions consisteront à : 

• Management de projet:
  • réaliser une analyse et un diagnostic des besoins en compétences et en formation des équipes avec des Managers d’équipe et des Experts:
    • lorsque les formations existent déjà, identifier les skills associés
    • lorsque les skills sont formalisés, identifier les formations associées
  • identifier les correspondances et les besoins non couverts.
  • créer le parcours formant par équipe en s’appuyant sur la cartographie des skills et en y intégrant les cours, les formations terrain, les retours d’expérience et autres support de transfert de connaissance
• Communication : 
  • créer des supports de communication faciles à utiliser et adéquats pour rendre visibles les parcours formant selon les populations ciblées: pour des Managers, pour des membres d’équipe et pour les autres Centres de l’Engineering
• Soutenir la faculté:
  • travailler sur l’optimisation des outils de recherche de formation par skill 

 

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. 

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences analytiques: analyser et faire un diagnostic par équipe (60aine d’équipes). Comprendre les besoins en compétences d’une équipe, croiser les données et les entretiens.
• Compétences de synthèse et de structure: structurer un parcours adapté aux besoins des Managers et des équipes 
• Gestion de Projet 
• Améliorations continue
• Gestion de données
• Communication et collaboration

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2 Ressources Humaines ou Sciences de l'Éducation ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes : 

● Compétences techniques : 

○ Analyse de données

○ Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Google & Appsheet)

○ Ingénierie pédagogique 

● Soft Skills : 

○ Autonomie et adaptabilité

○ Capacité d’analyse (structure, synthèse,...)

○ Relations interpersonnelles

○ Capacité à mener des entretiens, esprit critique et capacité de reformulation

● Langues : 

○ Anglais : Courant ou Avancé 

○ Français : Courant ou Avancé

Your mission : 

An internship opportunity titled : «Technical competence management (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus Operations located in Toulouse Saint Martin . You will join the "Flight & Integration Test Faculty" department in charge of Developing Test center Resources competences. 

Your internship will consist in: Create a learning path adapted to each team. 

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January or February 2027 (date subject to flexibility). 

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your main missions will consist of : 

• Project Management:
  • carry out an analysis and assessment of team skills and training needs with Team Managers and Experts:
    • when training already exists, identify the associated skills
    • when skills are formalized, identify the associated training
  • identify matches and unmet needs
  • create the learning path for each team based on skills mapping, integrating courses, on-the-job training, feedback, and other knowledge-transfer resources
• Communication:
  • create easy-to-use and appropriate communication materials to make the learning paths visible to target groups: for Managers, for team members, and for other Engineering Centers
• Support the Faculty:
  • work on optimizing training search tools by skill

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will particularly allow you to develop the following skills:

• Analytical skills: analyze and perform an assessment per team (about 60 teams). Understand a team's skill needs, cross-reference data and interviews.
• Synthesis and structuring skills: structure a path adapted to the needs of Managers and teams

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in HR, Education Sciences (or equivalent). 

You possess the following competences: 

● Technical skills : 

○ Data analytics 

○ Proficiency in IT tools (Google Suite & Appsheet)

○ Techning methods design

● Soft Skills : 

○ Autonomy and adaptability

○ Analytical skills (structure, synthesis, etc.)

○ Interpersonal skills

○ Ability to manage interviews and meetings, ability to challenge and reformulate the interview outcomes 

● Language skills : 

○ English : fluent or advanced  

○ French : fluent  advance
