Overview
Process daily customer payments including wire transfers and other transactions. • Accurately post payments in SAP against open invoices and accounts receivable. • Apply remittance information to ensure proper allocation and resolve discrepancies. • Monitor and clear unapplied or unidentified payments in SAP. • Investigate and resolve short payments, overpayments, and deductions in coordination with the collections team. • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash application logs and reports. • Support month-end close activities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (collections, billing, internal team) to resolve payment issues.
