Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Security Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an urgent care setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, waiting areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing individuals to appropriate areas, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
