EHS Specialistは、担当する事業、サイト、またはプロジェクトにおいて、環境・安全衛生（EHS）活動を推進する役割を担います。法令および社内基準の遵守を確保するとともに、現場部門と連携してリスク低減、安全文化の醸成、環境パフォーマンス向上を支援します。EHSに関する専門知識を活用し、日常的な運営・コンプライアンス業務を実行するとともに、従業員の安全、環境保全および事業の持続的成長に貢献します。

Job Description

1. EHSマネジメントシステムの運営

• EHS方針、目標、年間計画の策定・実行支援
• EHS Frameworkおよび社内基準の展開・維持
• EHS関連KPIの管理、分析および改善活動の推進

2. 安全衛生管理

• リスクアセスメントおよび危険予知活動の支援
• 職場巡視、監査、点検の実施および改善フォロー
• 災害、ヒヤリハットおよび安全懸念事項の調査、分析、再発防止
• PPE管理および安全ルールの遵守促進

3. コンプライアンス及び監査対応

• EHS関連法令のモニタリングと社内展開
• 社内監査、外部監査、規制当局対応の支援
• 是正・予防措置の進捗管理

4. 教育・カルチャー醸成

• EHS教育・訓練の企画および実施
• リーダーおよび従業員へのEHSコーチング
• Safety Moment、EHSイベント、啓発活動の推進
• 現場主導のEHS文化醸成と従業員エンゲージメント向上

6. その他

• Facility、Manufacturing、Engineering等の関係部門との連携
• EHSプロジェクトおよび継続的改善活動の推進
• グローバルEHS要求事項への対応
