This position is fully on-site in our Valley City location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, quote requests, and orders in a timely and professional manner
• Provide technical assistance for pump sizing, troubleshooting, and product availability
• Review tear-down reports, inspections, and service photos to generate detailed repair estimates and customer facing reports
• Prepare and submit quotes, work orders, and purchase orders
• Coordinate purchases, subcontract work, and rentals for each job
• Collaborate with internal service teams, vendors, and outside sales to facilitate repair jobs to completion
• Ensure repair documentation is complete and meets company and client standards
• Perform site visits, when required, to capture job-specific information
• Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Review and approve product quality before final delivery
• Support house accounts and direct client relationships by understanding needs and proposing service solutions
• Foster positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and clients

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
• Familiarity with pumping systems, motors, and mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay Range:

$4,743.90 - $8,960.60

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
