Investor Relations Supervisor

 A leading financial services provider is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to oversee investor servicing across its alternative investment business, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and consistently high service standards.

The role encompasses team leadership and development, review of trade packs, investor statements and NAVs, oversight of transaction reconciliations and cash movements, and ensuring documentation and procedures meet required standards. Responsibilities also include managing investor and client communications, developing bespoke reporting solutions, monitoring service level agreements, and contributing to management reporting and departmental projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a commitment to service excellence and the ability to lead and develop a team, while maintaining a thorough understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements affecting the business and its clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably hedge fund administration or client service, with exposure to accounting and performance reporting.
• Experience managing and training staff, with strong client relationship skills and knowledge of compliance requirements, including KYC and AML policies.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data, multitask and prioritize competing projects and deadlines while working independently and knowing when to escalate.
• Ability to learn, understand and consistently follow established policies and procedures.
