Box Truck Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – Day Shift

VP Supply Corp. is a growing, family-owned company, and we're continuing to expand our operations at our Central Distribution Center (CDC) in Shortsville, NY. As a Delivery Driver, you'll help keep products moving between our distribution center and branch locations throughout New York, making sure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

This is a hands-on driving position offering a consistent daytime schedule, steady work, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with an established company. We're looking for someone with previous professional driving experience, ideally operating a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to transport products between locations
• Complete scheduled delivery routes safely and on time
• Load, unload, and secure products for transportation
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates to move materials
• Verify deliveries and complete required paperwork and vehicle logs
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse team members throughout the day
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced: Previous professional driving experience is required; experience with 26-foot box trucks or larger commercial vehicles is strongly preferred
• Safety-Focused: You understand the importance of safe driving and proper handling of materials

• Independent: You're comfortable managing your route and solving problems on the road
• Hard-Working: You're willing to help load, unload, and move products as needed
• A Team Player: You communicate well and work with others to get the job done

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Previous professional driving experience required
• No CDL required
• Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates preferred
• Familiarity with Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, and surrounding areas is a plus
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck, lift and move products, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements
