We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused hospitality all-rounders to join the Front of House team at Telegraph Hotel in Hobart, Tasmania!
We’re hiring across F&B Levels with opportunities for people at different stages of their hospitality careers. Whether you’re building your experience or bringing strong hospitality skills to the team, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
As part of our FOH team, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver great experiences for every guest. From food and beverage service to supporting day-to-day venue operations, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved across different areas of the venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, attentive customer service
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Supporting bar and floor operations
- Assisting with food running, clearing tables and maintaining a clean, presentable venue
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly
- Helping create a welcoming environment for guests
- Supporting busy service periods and maintaining high service standards
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, particularly for senior FOH roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional and well-presented
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Current Tasmanian RSA, or willingness to obtain where applicable
- Valid Australian working rights
