Account Executive, Commercial

What you can expect

You will work with medium enterprises clients in Malaysia (organizations with workforce of 500+). You will partner to provide them with the right Zoom solutions based on their business needs. You will engage with existing and potential customers, and own the end to end the sales cycle and customer engagements, while contributing to our growing presence in Southeast Asia. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur. You will report to our regional sales leader and work with the local Malaysia team to drive the Zoom business and AI-portfolio expansion across 6 product segments.

What we’re looking for

• Have 5+ years of B2B solution selling experience in a SaaS industry
• Have BA/ BS or equivalent experience
• Have proven track record and experience of B2B solution and consultative selling in the Malaysian market
• Be able to develop and maintain relationships with high-level clients
• Able to initiate new accounts and expertly manage complex sales situations and large-scale projects
• Have acquisition experience, with the ability to identify prospects using prospecting tools
• Have understanding and able to partner with clients and prospects to identify, build, and shape practical AI applications and tie it to business outcomes
• Have proven track record in sales performance, team orchestration and partner ecosystem collaboration
• Have the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to diverse audiences
