We are searching for the best talent for Senior Systems & Equip Develop Engineer position.

 

Established and productive individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Administers Automation for modernized and legacy systems, infrastructure, and services. Conducts the planning, design, scheduling and control of Automation projects to support new product development. Contributes to key performance indicator achievements and supports company initiatives.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

• Implementing and Grow new manufacturing technology
• Procure & qualify capital equipment, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturing
• Plans, organizes, and manages related projects and staff as appropriate
• Train, mentor, and lead Operators, Technicians, and junior engineers
• Stay ahead of emerging manufacturing technology trends and developments and incorporate into design requirements.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, or biosystems engineering or equivalent experience

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Proven experience with process scale-up and development
• Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an R&D design, process development and/or manufacturing engineering role in the medical device industry.
• Proficient experience with PLCs, visions systems, optics, and automation
• Proven track record working well in a team environment and learning from others.
• Track record of successfully leading multi-functional teams
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills working within all levels of the organization required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
