Description
About CSP
The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) was initiated at the first, 2015 iteration of the Impact Investing for the Next Generation training program at the Initiative for Responsible Investment at Harvard Kennedy School. Since then, CSP has grown into a global platform with entities in EMEA (Zurich), Asia-Pacific (Singapore), and the Americas (US), and academic home at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), working to advance impact investing in private wealth as a key lever for social and environmental sustainability.
In 2025, CSP spun out of the University of Zurich and established the CSP Foundation as the global coordinating node, bringing together our various entities under a unified strategy to maximize impact.
Its flagship programs are Impact Investing for the Next Generation (IING) and the How Leading Family Offices Grow Future-Fit with Impact (FO), delivered in-person in Zurich, in Boston/MIT Sloan, and other locations, alongside an online curriculum.
Position Overview
The Manager/Senior Associate drives the event planning, execution, and continuous improvement of CSPF’s wealth-holder training programs (IING, FO) to ensure that every in-person and online module runs smoothly.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Program and event delivery: Translate the program vision into venues, accommodation, catering and on-site experiences in Zurich, Boston and beyond, owning supplier relationships, contracts and all logistics on program days. This includes building and managing program budgets with the Director, maintaining cost benchmarks, and processing invoices.
- Program operations and materials: Own the recurring year-on-year operations of our IING and FO programs: calendarization, the program timeline, online curriculum execution, cohort forms and analysis, due diligence coursework coordination, and speaker and expert logistics. This also covers briefing designers and producing all program and marketing materials.
- Pipeline management: Own the participant and alumni pipeline in Zoho CRM and Airtable, keeping every prospect, participant, and alum in the right stage. Run admissions administration (registration forms, NDAs, confirmations, invoicing) and onboard new alumni into the community.
- Participant and stakeholder communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants on logistics and follow-up. Cultivate relationships with participants and alumni, and relay their feedback to the Director to improve the programs.
- Evaluation, systems and continuous improvement: Lead feedback collection and analysis benchmarked across cohorts, and support the end-of-program report. Standardize Asana templates, processes and the program archive so knowledge stays with CSP.
Requirements
Experience

- Proven track record of managing high-end events or programs end to end, including budgets, suppliers and contracts.
- Experience working with senior, international and high-net-worth audiences is a strong plus.
Skills
- Strong budgeting and spreadsheet skills; comfortable building benchmarks and tracking actuals.
- Confident with project management tools (ideally Asana), CRM systems, Airtable, survey tools and basic data analysis.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to brief designers, suppliers and speakers clearly.
Qualities
- Proactive: anticipates needs, takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked.
- Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the judgment to know what matters most.
- Adaptive and calm under pressure, especially on program days when plans change.
- A hosting mindset: genuinely enjoys caring for people and creating memorable experiences.
- Thinks creatively and finds practical solutions outside the obvious options.
- Willing to travel for program modules (Boston and other locations), with some evening and weekend work during program days.
Practical
- Fluent English required; German strongly preferred.
- Permission to work in Switzerland and located in/around Zurich.
Please note: there is no need to tick all of the above boxes. A determined mind driven to learn will take you very far!
