Martine Law owns and operates multiple law firms across several states, built from a single office in five years. Personal injury got its national players. Criminal defense and family law never did, because nobody systematized them. We have. Intake, sales, legal production, and marketing run as one measured machine, with AI inside every part of it, and we intend to be in most states. 

The founder has carried the operating seat himself while he built it. He is done. He will own vision, legal product, and expansion. You will own the machine. 

This is the Integrator seat. A Chief Revenue Officer owns marketing, intake, and sales. You own everything from the signed client forward: legal production in every office, the operating cadence, the scorecards, the policies, the hires, and the hard conversations.
