$16.75 - $20.27*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts will be scheduled between 5a-4:30p. Includes an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and employees
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions
- Support all retail café operations as assigned
- Stock and replenish condiments, beverages, snacks, supplies, and retail merchandise
- Assist with coffee service, salad bar, deli, pizza, Starbucks, mobile ordering, and other food service areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, equipment, and workstations
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support peak meal periods by assisting in various retail stations as operational needs require
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
