Job Title: Creative Growth Director
Contractor Fee: $2,500–$3,500/month (USD)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)
Company Overview:
Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency that helps job seekers find job opportunities for real growth. We work with stable, responsible businesses that are experienced in remote hiring and are excited to welcome international team members. Tidal is owned and operated by consumer brand owners and operators. We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.
About This Role:
We are hiring a Creative Growth Director for a growing food and beverage eCommerce company. Your job is to take raw content from creators, customers, our founder, our factory, and our community and turn it into high-performing creatives that acquire customers profitably.
You should be equally comfortable thinking about a great hook, editing a creator video, using AI to produce ten useful variations, launching those variations into paid media, and looking at the results to decide what should be made next.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative strategy and testing. Develop creative concepts around Amrita's core customer avatars and buying motivations. Build a consistent testing calendar across hooks, formats, messages, offers, and creative styles.
Creator-content pipeline. Work with creators and internal team members to make sure we are getting the raw footage and assets required to feed the paid-media machine. Organize and maintain a usable content library rather than allowing creator assets to disappear into folders.
Creative production. Turn raw UGC, founder videos, testimonials, product footage, and community content into performance creative. This includes video editing, static creative, hooks, copy, variations, resizing, and repurposing.
AI-enabled execution. Actively use AI and automation tools to dramatically increase creative output. We expect this role to experiment constantly with tools for editing, copywriting, transcription, research, versioning, ideation, asset management, and workflow automation.
The goal isn't to use AI for the sake of using AI. The goal is to accomplish with one excellent operator what historically might have required several people.
Paid-media execution. Load and manage creative tests within our paid-media platforms and work closely with any outside paid-media specialists we retain. You should understand campaign structure, audiences, budgets, and performance well enough to connect creative decisions directly to acquisition results.
Performance analysis. Understand which creatives are actually acquiring profitable customers—and why. Develop new iterations based on performance rather than personal preference.
Landing-page alignment. Make sure the message customers see in an advertisement continues through to the landing page, product page, and offer
Work closely with the founder, Customer support, and the Community Manager

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in creative design, performance creative, creative strategy, paid social creative, or a similar role.
Strong experience developing Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads for eCommerce, DTC, CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or other consumer brands.
Strong understanding of hooks, creative angles, messaging, ad copy, UGC, and what makes paid social creative perform.
Experience repurposing existing UGC and brand assets into multiple ad concepts and creative variations.
Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager to upload and launch ads, review basic performance metrics, and use results to guide creative decisions.
Hands-on experience with Canva and preferably basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas and performance insights clearly.
Proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-growing environment.
