  • Implement and support Worldwide’s vendor governance strategy, monitoring compliance, effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
  • Measure and evaluate vendor performance through scorecards, surveys, KPIs, and other performance management tools.
  • Partner with study teams to resolve vendor performance issues and support successful study delivery.
  • Lead the oversight of vendor-related quality incidents, including the implementation and follow-up of CAPA plans.
  • Develop and report on vendor performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across key service categories.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with core and critical vendors to enhance quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor outsourced service risks and oversee the implementation of vendor risk mitigation plans.
  • Represent the Vendor Management function during sponsor qualification audits and support vendor assessment and qualification activities.

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of vendor management experience; experience within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience managing vendor performance programmes, KPIs, scorecards, and improvement plans.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both operational and executive levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Experience with TrackWise, Salesforce, Sciforma, or similar systems is advantageous, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
