Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Enterprise Business Operations Advisor facilitates progress toward strategic and operational goals for physician practices, ambulatory care settings, and/or service lines. Under the direction of the Clinical Enterprise Director this position will be responsible for supporting the ongoing operational execution and growth of defined service line clinical programs through collaboration with physician and administrative leadership teams across the system. This position will support and drive initiative for the service lines, medical group, and care sites keeping in mind the goals on delivering on the value equation of quality, service, and cost efficiency, while maintaining an exceptional provider and staff culture.Responsibilities And Duties:
Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to evaluate program growth opportunitiesDevelop business plans including market analysis and proposals for growth
Initiate, plan, and lead multiple simultaneous projects, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and reporting
Provide leadership and implementation support for new programs and program enhancements
Assist directors in oversight of operations for multiple physician practices, including quality initiatives, patient access, provider schedule utilization and productivity, and operational improvement
Mentor and support managers within the physician group, including participation in leadership development programming
Provide direct leadership of associates and/or managers on an interim basis as needed.
Lead a team with direct reports based on the structure and/or needs of the service line.
