About the Role

Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. At the heart of the hotel, Wild Carrot Bar provides a relaxed yet refined atmosphere where guests can enjoy expertly crafted drinks, exceptional service, and memorable experiences.

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Bar Server to join our Wild Carrot team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in delivering luxury service standards.

As a Bar Server, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing knowledgeable recommendations, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a professional and engaging manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Build rapport with guests and provide personalised recommendations based on their preferences
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the bar menu, cocktails, wines, spirits, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations are clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
• Accurately process orders and payments using hotel systems
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service during busy periods
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and service excellence

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable personality
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
