Assistant Sales Manager, PF

The Assistant Sales Manager, PF will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team within the Personal Financing (PF) segment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of RHB Bank Berhad's personal financing portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Personal Financing sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to promote Personal Financing products and services.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to personal financing.
* Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing needs and providing excellent service.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize product offerings and customer experience.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
* Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
