As Managing Director Poland (m/f/d), you will take full P&L responsibility for our business in Poland. You will define and execute the local market strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers, healthcare organisations, government institutions, and strategic partners.

You will lead and develop the local team, set clear objectives, and create a motivating culture. At the same time, you will drive sales and marketing activities, strengthen our market presence, and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.

Working closely with the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, you will continuously identify opportunities to improve our business and customer experience while ensuring compliance with local requirements.

We are looking for a full-time Managing Director (m/f/d)

 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Full local P&L responsibility
  • Define and execute the market development strategy for the business in Poland, aligning with the overall company objectives and vision.
  • Work collaboratively with executive team to formulate strategies,
    budgets, operating models, and financial investments for the Polish market.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to scale the business (e.g.
    integrators, distributors, health organisations, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with local health organisations, government and other relevant insitutions
  • Set up the team structure and hire adequate candidates for approved roles based on the P&L and define clear objectives
  • Provide leadership to drive team development successfully in alignment with the
    company's goals.
  • Ensure a motivating local company culture which makes people grow and strive
  • Promote Clinomic’s products, drive sales initiatives, and manage resourcing
    demands effectively.
  • Attend conferences, contribute to marketing strategy, and support technical
    implementations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure all installations are executed successfully as per terms and
    agreements, meeting high-quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, customer satisfaction,
    and operational efficiency.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the company's position in the local
    market and not only.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in
    locally, providing guidance to the team as needed.

 

About You

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven P&L responsibility and track record in team and country building
  • Strategic communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making
  • Strong relationship builder with experience in managing clients and cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Capability to interact with external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and industry experts
