HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric ABA clinic in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

Join a supportive, collaborative team with a 25-hour weekly billable expectation for full-time BCBAs, clinical autonomy, and a play-based, child-led approach to ABA.

BCBA Position Highlights

• $95,000–$107,000/year
• $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus for Full-Time
• 25 billable hours per week for Full-Time BCBAs
• Monday–Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Jacksonville, NC

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)-Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Jacksonville, NC
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
