The Mission Critical Network Portfolio Director is responsible for the MSN portfolio section addressing mission-critical networks and operations. The position ensures that mission-critical managed services offerings meet high resilience, availability, security and compliance requirements and are commercially viable.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the portfolio of Mission Critical Network managed services, including service definitions, resilience and availability characteristics, security and compliance elements and commercial constructs.
• Develop portfolio strategies and offerings tailored to mission-critical customers in close collaboration with SA MSN delivery units and relevant Solution Areas.
• Collaborate closely within BNEW and BCSS on joined up approach for MCN across the Ericsson product and service portfolio.
• Ensure mission-critical services integrate appropriate EOE, MSDP, ANO and security capabilities, in alignment with BPD Capabilities Development, AI Innovation and Security.
• Support MA/CU Sales and MSCOOs in mission-critical opportunity qualification, solutioning and proposal development with portfolio content and guidance.
• Engage with MSN TAMs and MA Regional Security Directors, as appropriate, on mission-critical portfolio topics, including industry events and reference discussions.
• Provide feedback from mission-critical engagements into overall MSN portfolio evolution and investment decisions.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, communications and industry events.

Propose and recommend mission-critical portfolio definitions and changes to BPD and SA MSN governance.

Required, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Education – University degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience – Typically 7+ years in mission-critical networks, managed services, or operations with strong exposure to security and resilience requirements.
• Skills – Deep technical and operational understanding of mission-critical networks; knowledge of security and compliance frameworks; portfolio and commercial skills. Excellent communications skills including at industry events and with industry executives and analysts.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• A good demonstrated working knowledge of the Ericsson Operations Engine
• Knowledge of the BCSS business development process for Product Management
• Knowledge of the Ericsson sales process
• Adept at using AI for workplace productivity
