RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Sales Promotion / Market Development

Promote the company’s products and develop new market opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.

◆ Customer Development / Relationship Management

Proactively identify and develop potential customers, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and manage customer information and sales opportunities effectively.

◆ Customer Needs / Sales Proposal

Understand customer needs and provide professional product information, quotations, and appropriate sales solutions to support customer decision-making.

◆ Performance Review / Sales Strategy

Regularly review sales performance with the supervisor and participate in discussions on sales strategies, business priorities, and action plans to improve overall sales effectiveness.
