Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain all the IT equipment in company.
- Create an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets in company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issue and maintain network security and data integrity.
- Recommend changes to improved systems and network configurations and determine hardware/software requirements related to such changes.
- To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
- Work continuously on a task until completion or referral to third parties.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/ System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Knowledge in server and backup storage will be a plus point.
- Positive attitude, result oriented, customer oriented & good communicator.
- Strategic thinking, aggressive and self-motivated.
