Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in-office per week; remote work considered for local candidates)

Responsibilities

• Manage a $7M revenue book of business with $70M in premiums, focusing on large commercial accounts in real estate, construction, and hospitality.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering a high-touch, client-centric service experience.
• Handle renewals for a well-established book of business spanning over 30 years.
• Collaborate with CSRs and the marketing team for backend support, stepping in to assist with renewals as needed.
• Provide expert advice on cross-selling opportunities for personal and life insurance coverages.
• Maintain a proactive approach to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in large commercial lines, with expertise in real estate, construction, and hospitality accounts.
