Business Sales Consultant (PEO) ,USA. 💰 Base Salary: $70,000-$78,000 + Uncapped Commission Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a driven Business Sales Consultant (PEO) to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Los Angeles market. This is a hunter-style sales role focused on generating new business, building referral partnerships, and helping organizations streamline HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce management through comprehensive PEO solutions. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Conduct consultative discovery meetings with business owners and executives. Present solutions related to payroll, HR outsourcing, employee benefits, workers' compensation, compliance, and risk management. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and implementation handoff. Build strong relationships with brokers, referral partners, and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce or CRM platforms. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. What We're Looking For ✅ 2+ years of PEO sales experience required ✅ Experience selling payroll, HCM, HR technology, or employee benefits solutions preferred ✅ Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills ✅ Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems ✅ Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment ✅ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory Why Join Us?
