Placement Brokerage Officer

Are you experienced in children’s social care, fostering, residential care or a related environment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced role where you can make a real difference to the lives of children and young people? As a Placement Brokerage Officer, you'll play a vital role in securing high-quality placements and support services for Northamptonshire's Looked After Children and Care Leavers. Working within our Commissioning and Brokerage Team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and facilitating placements that not only meet the individual needs of children and young people, but also deliver best value and positive outcomes. This is a significant role where your decision-making, relationship-building and negotiation skills will directly contribute to achieving the best possible futures for vulnerable children and young people.
