Storekeeper (Spare Parts)

Coop Services Ltd, an established company working within the transport sector, is currently seeking to recruit a Storekeeper. The chosen candidate will be handling the stock management of spare parts.

 

The working hours for this role are from 8am to 4:30pm, with some flexibility to start earlier.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording incoming and outgoing spare parts.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Organising and storing spare parts.
• Identifying stock shortages and replenishing where needed, whilst liaising with management to do so.
• Keeping track of parts required for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the automotive industry, with good knowledge of spare parts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Willingness to develop, implement and improve upon working systems.
