Job Summary: As an Automotive Service-to-Sales Manager, you will bridge the gap between our service department and sales team. Your primary focus will be to engage with service customers, identify their needs, and introduce them to new or pre-owned vehicles that align with their preferences. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for cars, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle, we want you on our team!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with service customers during their visits, actively listen to their needs, and build rapport.
• Needs Assessment: Understand the customer’s driving habits, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory, features, and promotions to effectively present options to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to service customers.
• Upselling: Introduce customers to new or pre-owned vehicles, emphasizing trade-in opportunities and financing options.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with service customers after their visit, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing: Extended periods of standing while interacting with customers.
• Walking: Moving around the dealership lot to showcase vehicles.
• Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to engage with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, service, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
