Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of content strategies that enhance user engagement, drive business objectives, and strengthen brand impact. Create, review, and optimize content across websites, social media, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, UX, marketing) to deliver content that meets user and business needs. Conduct in-depth user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing, applying insights to improve content experience. Leverage analytics, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven improvements. Ensure brand voice, tone, and standards are consistently applied across all content deliverables. Provide guidance and support to junior content team members, sharing expertise and ensuring best practices in execution.
