Who you'll be:
The Project Coordinator for Cybersecurity and IT Projects supports the efficient management of cybersecurity and IT-based projects throughout their lifecycle. The role involves maintaining project management methodologies, developing templates, and monitoring project performance using tools like Jira and Power BI. This position also contributes to strategic planning and provides documentation and training support.
What you'll do:
- Support IT Project Managers in facilitating CSD projects from initiation to close-out.
- Assist in maintaining and annually reviewing the CSD Project Management Methodology (CPM2).
- Maintain the CSD PMO SharePoint site to automate and centralize CPM2 processes.
- Develop and maintain project management templates, checklists, forms, and flowcharts.
- Monitor and measure project performance through metrics.
- Support the formalized CSD PMO training program.
- Maintain real-time reporting formats to track project milestones, risks, and funding.
- Contribute to the multi-year CSD strategic plan and roadmap process.
- Provide documentation support and maintain PowerPoint/SharePoint content for PMO efforts.
- Produce meeting minutes for scheduled meetings within 3 business days and maintain a master action item list.
What you need:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT/cybersecurity project coordination or project management; or 3 years with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience with CPM2-style project methodologies and Agile/SAFe delivery cadences.
