Job Description
1. Assist with Sales Quotation and Order Processing:
- Prepare quotations for sales according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and respond to basic customer inquiries.
2. Order and Scheduling Coordination:
- Follow up on customer orders, assist with production scheduling, material preparation, and shipment arrangements to ensure timely product delivery.
3. Logistics and Shipment Tracking:
- Assist in planning logistics routes, track shipment progress, handle inventory discrepancies and returns, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
4. Customer Data and Accounts Management:
- Apply for and maintain basic customer information, assist in monitoring customer credit status and accounts receivable collection to ensure timely payment.
5. Document and Report Preparation:
- Assist in preparing documents related to shipments, samples, and mass production, consolidate and input FCST data into the MRP system, and generate customized reports.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Under the guidance of senior colleagues, coordinate with manufacturing, warehousing, finance, and other departments to resolve issues during production and shipment processes.
7. Customer Relationship Maintenance:
- Regularly contact customers' daily points of contact, report sales progress, gather market and competitor information, and support the sales team in winning new projects.
