Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for supporting the identification, evaluation, and operational deployment of emerging healthcare technologies and digital innovation initiatives across the hospital network. The role assists in the day-to-day coordination of technology pilots and proof-of-concept (POC) projects, ensuring that innovative solutions—such as AI applications, IoT systems, and digital health platforms—are effectively tested and integrated into hospital workflows. The Senior Executive acts as a key technical and operational coordinator between internal clinical teams, IT departments, and external technology partners to ensure project deliverables are met.


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Emerging Technology Scouting Support – Assist in researching and identifying emerging healthcare technologies, including AI, IoT, and smart hospital innovations.

2. Pilot Coordination – Coordinate the day-to-day activities of proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects within selected hospitals.

3. Technical Feasibility Assistance – Support the assessment of technical feasibility and operational impact for new technologies before wider deployment.

4. Vendor Liaison – Act as a point of contact for technology vendors and startups during the implementation phase of new projects.

5. Implementation & Testing – Execute system configurations, conduct functional testing, and support operational assessments during pilot deployments.

6. System Integration Support – Assist in ensuring new technologies integrate effectively with existing hospital systems (e.g., HIS and mobile apps).

7. Multi-Site Deployment Execution – Support the scaling of successful technology pilots across multiple hospital locations.

8. Operational Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with hospital-level clinical and IT teams to align technology deployments with local workflows. 9. Research & Benchmarking – Perform data collection and research on digital health trends to support innovation benchmarking.

10. Project Documentation – Maintain detailed records of pilot results, technical evaluations, and lessons learned.

11. Monitoring & Reporting – Track project milestones and provide regular updates on progress and potential risks to management.

12. Ad-hoc – Support the team, additional innovation projects, emerging technology explorations, and other projects as assigned by the management.


JOB REQUIREMENT :

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Engineering, or related fields.


Knowledge and Experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technology implementation, digital innovation, or emerging technology development.
  • Experience working with AI solutions, digital health platforms, IoT systems, or healthcare technology innovations is an advantage.
  • Programming Literacy: A background in programming is preferred to support integration works and communicate effectively with developer teams.
  • Project Support: Experience in coordinating technology pilots or POC projects.
  • Healthcare Familiarity: Knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and vendors.
