Description
Shape the future of AI adoption and organizational transformation
Are you looking for a graduation internship where you can combine academic research with real-world organizational challenges? At Avanade Belgium, you will conduct your thesis research within Organizational Change Management (OCM), supported by experienced consultants and subject matter experts. Together, we define a research topic that fits your academic goals and addresses a relevant organizational challenge.
What is Organizational Change Management?
Technology alone does not create transformation. The real challenge lies in helping people, teams and organizations successfully adopt and realize value from change.
Within Avanade's OCM practice, we help organizations navigate large-scale transformations such as AI adoption, digital workplace initiatives, business applications, process changes and new ways of working. We support leaders, managers and employees in embracing change and turning new capabilities into lasting business value.
Your graduation project
You will conduct independent research on a topic that is relevant to both academia and practice. Throughout your internship, you will receive guidance from experienced consultants and subject matter experts.
Potential research themes:
AI adoption: What drives or hinders employee adoption of Generative AI?
Value realization: How can organizations measure the adoption and business value of AI?
Digital transformation: What makes large-scale technology adoption successful?
Future workforce and skills: Which skills and capabilities are needed in an AI-enabled workplace?
These topics are intended as inspiration. If you have another research interest within organizational change, transformation, AI or adoption, we are happy to explore it together.
