Primary Job Duties
- Maintain an active state insurance license and complete required continuing education (CE) courses.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with payments, quotes, and policy issuance while educating them on coverage options to ensure proper protection.
- Follow the Agency Standards Manual and established procedures.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow up on outstanding items and maintain complete customer files for the agency and insurance carriers.
- Complete filing and posting within the agency management system.
- Monitor renewals and maintain required reports.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and good grooming.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and computer skills.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Work well with others as a team player.
- Be dependable, reliable, and accountable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
