MSS Security is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site in the Perth CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions, and working in a professional corporate environment.
About the Role
As the Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
- Managing visitor access and sign-in procedures
- Assisting with enquiries and directing guests
- Monitoring the lobby and common areas
- Providing administrative and customer support as required
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service background
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Current WA Security Licence (or ability to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
