Description
- Support Lead (G140): please search for Application Support Engineer, Production Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst etc.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
- Monitor application availability, performance, responsiveness, and overall health.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, defects, and service disruptions.
- Analyze application logs, system logs, and monitoring alerts to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Support application deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and hotfix implementations.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Support business users by providing timely technical assistance and issue resolution.
- Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities as required
- Technical Skills:
- Support applications developed using: ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, etc.
- Troubleshoot application integrations with internal and external systems.
- Support authentication, authorization, and security-related configurations.
- Assist with performance optimization and application tuning activities
