Help deliver the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the Adelaide International running at its best.
We’re looking for a Tournament Services Lead to lead the planning and delivery of key tournament services across Accreditation, Player Accreditation, Transport and Player Services.
Working closely with our Event Operations and International Events teams, you’ll help ensure our people, spaces and systems are set up for success, while supporting the delivery of an exceptional experience for players and teams.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the planning and delivery of key Tournament Services areas
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing delivery of Functional Area Supervisors
- Coordinate operational requirements including technology, systems, furniture and fitout
- Develop best-practice documentation and training materials
- Work closely with internal teams to align systems and service standards
- Support teams before and during the event
- Ensure Tournament Services areas meet ATP and WTA requirements and delivery standards
You’ll bring experience in large-scale sporting or entertainment event operations, strong event logistics and project management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
