Position Overview:
The Line and Systems Coordinator serves as the operational resource connecting manufacturing execution, engineering priorities, production planning, and data-driven decision making across multiple global sites. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product flow, drive operational improvements, and help shape the future of AI-enabled manufacturing within APTD. In this role, you'll work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, and support teams to coordinate priorities, maintain product flow, and support data-driven operational decisions. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and motivated by solving problems in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Operational leader who enables AI-driven manufacturing execution and connects people, systems, and data across the organization
· Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, and support teams to resolve operational issues and support product movement
· Use AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and decision-support systems to support manufacturing execution and production flow
· Evaluate AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations against manufacturing conditions and operating guidelines
· Identify and document opportunities to automate recurring coordination tasks and reduce manual work
· Partner with PI teams to improve data extraction, organization, and analysis for manufacturing, inventory, planning, and engineering activities
· Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field, and 6+ years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, planning, operations, systems coordination, or related experience.
· Experience supporting operations, coordinating priorities, or managing data in a manufacturing or production environment
· Ability to work effectively across teams employing strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs
· Experience or demonstrated interest in AI tools, automation, dashboards, or data analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with manufacturing planning, inventory management, material coordination, or engineering request management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data
· Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing workflow efficiencies
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
