Role Description

As an Account Delivery Director within our Lenders, Investors and Insurers team, you will lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver high-quality technical advisory services. You will develop and execute account plans, identify new opportunities, and position Arcadis as a trusted partner across local and regional accounts.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Funder/Developer Monitoring Services who can independently lead and deliver Technical Due Diligence reports.

Role Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver account plans aligned with Arcadis UK business objectives.
  • Grow existing client relationships and win new business to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities and client needs across the lender and investor sector.
  • Support Arcadis priorities, including sustainability, energy transition and digital solutions.
  • Lead pursuits, support bid decisions and contribute to successful proposals.
  • Tailor Arcadis solutions to client needs, creating commercially viable and value-led propositions.
  • Maintain client intelligence, case studies and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and collaborate across Arcadis to maximise growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead relationship development.
  • Demonstrate market visibility and generate opportunities through professional networks.
  • Lead and coordinate delivery teams to achieve successful client outcomes.

Required Experience

  • Degree or professional qualification in business, management, surveying or a related field.
  • Strong background in consulting, business development and client leadership.
  • Experience in technical due diligence, development monitoring, sustainability and real estate asset management.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver commercial growth.
  • Experience leading and delivering Technical Due Diligence reports is highly desirable.
