  • Work with Information Technology teams to translate engineering needs into system and process changes, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, user acceptance, deployment, documentation and adoption support.
  • Identify and implement workflow automation and digital solutions using approved Microsoft tools and other authorized platforms to reduce manual work, eliminate duplication and improve reliability.
  • Use approved artificial intelligence tools to improve knowledge discovery, documentation, analysis, communication and routine workflows while following applicable data-security, privacy, intellectual-property and responsible-use requirements.
  • Evaluate AI and automation use cases, develop practical proofs of concept, measure results, document controls, and help engineering teams adopt solutions that create sustainable efficiency.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of technical onboarding and training for CPS engineers across Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Software, Testing and Compliance disciplines.

  • Facilitate working sessions, capture decisions and action items, manage project plans, communicate status and escalate risks that could affect delivery or adoption.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing and reuse of effective practices across sites, product lines and engineering disciplines.
