Physician - Ophthalmology

Suburban D.C., Full-time ophthalmologist position with Silver Springs Eye in the DMV (Silver Springs, MD) for a Comprehensive or fellowship trained Glaucoma Specialist.

 

 

 

As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our subspeciality ophthalmic practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice.  This position is with Silver Springs Eye with a large office expansion and state-of-the-art design and equipment finishing in February of 2027.

• Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.
• We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation
• Paid CME, PTO, and outstanding benefits package.

• Multiple ongoing Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials across the platform.
• Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building.
• Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.).
• Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
