What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service

• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Create exceptional buying experiences that turn prospects into repeat buyers
• Support the overall dealership experience across sales, service, and parts
• Maintain a tidy, polished, and customer-friendly sales floor and personal appearance

Sales Execution

• Proactively generate and follow up with leads to build a full pipeline
• Guide customers from first touch through delivery and post-sale follow-up
• Clearly present products and benefits to close sales profitably
• Accurately enter deals in the dealer management system (DMS) and process all documentation
• Handle trade-ins and grow our brokerage/yacht sales as part of the dealership’s future growth

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in marine, RV, auto, or powersports sales
• Strong customer-first mentality with high energy and confidence
• Knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine products is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership systems (computer proficiency is a must)
• Team player who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
