- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
- Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are achieved
- Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments and conduct at least 1 meeting per day
- Understand clientsโ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable projects
- Assist clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs
- Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively
- Regularly visit different project sites to maintain strong client engagement and market knowledge
๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently
- Proficient in MS Office
