Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung des Generalagenten und der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
- Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (Inbound)
- Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenunterlagen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
- Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
- Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
- Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der Generalagentur
Ihre Stärken
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- VBV Diplom
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
- Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Affinität für Social Media
- Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
- Gewinnende, belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
